Outlook towards 2010

The Flamco Group wants to be the principal partner of leading wholesalers, installers and OEM’s by having:

  • A dominant market position (1, 2 or 3) with all of our product groups;
  • Cost leadership in all of our factories.

 

The strategy of the Flamco Group focuses on growth. The strategic objectives in this respect are:

  • Continuous growth in turnover (autonomously and through acquisitions);
  • Balanced regional distribution of turnover;
  • Sound balance sheet ratios.

 

Innovative products

Our success is based on differentiation: delivering a broad product programme to fullfill the needs and wants of our customers. A strong customer focus is driving our R&D and marketing to come with the right concepts, designs, shapes and dimensions. New technologies are enabling us to enrich our product range with innovative products such as plastic air vents and pressure valves, or top of the line expansion automats compatible with computer controlled building management services.

Strong branding

Our marketing efforts over the years have resulted in strong brands (e.g. Flexcon, Prescor, Flexvent, Flamcovent and many others). These strong brands are synonimous to top quality, reliability and innovative technology, and are in many cases the standard in the industry.

Strong brands demand top quality. This demand has become a strong value within our corporate culture. Each employee is proud of delivering top quality and is working closely with others to permanently strive for zero- defects.

Logistics

Reliability is the cornerstone of our Logistics. In the process of building projects delivery in time, in quantity and in quality is an absolute necessity to be a successful partner. At the moment 97% of our deliveries are made directly from stock (7.000 articles).  We manage to do so by continuously investing in supply chain management and electronic communication with our partners (EDI, XML, Internet, E-business).

Customer care

Our account teams are standing by to share their expertise in the field of commerce, marketing and technical advise. Self-service is made available to our customers 24 hours a day, 7 days a week,  through local internet sites and software applications. Joint marketing campaigns and joint product developments enable us to engage long lasting partnerships with our customers.
